Naval Special Warfare (NSW) requires a comprehensive service support that provides for operations and maintenance sustainment of all installed Video Conferencing (VTC) and for NSWC facilities located at Little Creek, VA and surrounding areas. AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to update the Request for Proposal (changes highlighted in yellow) and to provide the Government's response to the solicitation questions. AMENDMENT 0002- The purpose of this amendment is to revise the proposal due date to 1 September 2023 at 1200 EST and to correct all RFQ references to W9224023Q1014. AMENDMENT 0003- The purpose of this amendment is to correct page 1 of the RFQ document that mistakenly said that this action is NOT set-aside for small business. This action IS a small business set-aside, as also stated by the SAM.GOV posting. AMENDMENT 0004- The purpose of this amendment is to further revise the proposal due date to 5 September 2023 at 12:00 EST to ensure that Offerors provide all volumes of the proposal, per the Instructions to Offerors. In addition, Volume II language and instructions has been revised/clarified/simplified.
