Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command has a requirement for recurring Biannual maintenance and emergent repair services for its Swing Land Trainer (SLT) to include spare and repair parts of R.J. MFG (CAGE: 5MV83) proprietary system. The Government’s intent is to award a 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type of contract issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task orders to R.J. MFG. This sole source acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial items at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a). A Justification & Approval (JA) will be posted with this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 811210, and the size standard is 34M. This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFQ or an obligation on the part of the Government.
