The Government intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) for American Sailing Association (ASA) Course of Instructions. Government’s requirements are defined in the attached DRAFT Performance Work St... The Government intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) for American Sailing Association (ASA) Course of Instructions. Government’s requirements are defined in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) and involve the following courses: ASA 101 – Basic Keelboat Sailing, ASA 103 - Basic Coastal Cruising, ASA 104 - Bareboat Cruising, ASA 105 - Coastal Navigation, ASA 106 - Advanced Coastal, and ASA 114 -Cruising Catamaran. The Government intends to price COIs on a per student basis, see DRAFT Pricing Sheet. Government anticipates two full training iterations per year (ASA 101, 103-106, and 114) to be held in either the San Diego, CA or Gulfport, MS areas. The Government intends to pursue a single-award, five-year firm-fixed priced contract to satisfy requirements and the solicitation will be fully set-aside for small business under NAICS code 611699. Interested parties are encouraged to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website for RFQ issuance. The responsibility of monitoring the Federal Business Opportunities website is the responsibility of the interested party and the Government is under no obligation to provide additional notice of solicitation outside the Federal Business Opportunities website. Any solicitation, if issued, will be issued under RFQ/solicitation number H9224023Q0100. Interested parties are not required to submit any capability statement, written expression of interest or proposal for these services at this time. Interested parties shall submit questions and proposals only when/if the Government issues a formal RFQ/solicitation.
