The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government Intends to award a five-year indefinite delivery Indefiinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders. The estimated minimum contract value is $5,000.00 and the estimated maximum contract value is $249,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 811310, and the small business size standard is $11M.
