Naval Special Warfare Command intends to award a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract to provide uniform embroidery and alteration services. The contractor shall furnish all management, labor, transportation, pickup, and delivery services in order to provide embroidery services to ensure proper training uniforms are issued. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition will utilize a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 314999, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The estimated minimum contract value is $5,000 and the estimated maximum contract value is $1,000,000.00. This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
