Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for the procurement of various commercially available Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) gear and equipment items to support training, development, and deployment of personnel in various Area of Responsibility (AoR) environments. The objective is to provide ger and equipment in six main categories: (1) Apparel, (2) Survival Warfare, (3) Dive, (4) Boots and Shoes, (5) Various, and (6) Special Mission Low Profile (SMLP). The Government intends to award a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to multiple suppliers consisting of five (5) one-year ordering periods on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5.
