This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance policies and procedures using FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items; and FAR Part 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Naval Special Warfare Command's (NSW) intent is to ensure the continued professionalization of the NSW community – tactical operators, instructor staffs and leadership - through a continued program designed around executive coaching and leadership development. To meet this intent, NSW requires executive coaching support to: Fifteen (15) NLAP assessment weeks designed to provide one-on-one executive coaching sessions and follow-on coaching as requested; and Two (2) separate Professional Development (PRODEV) Courses of Instruction (COI) designed to provide experience to NSW instructors and leaders on how to mentor and coach student candidates within the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) training pipelines.
