The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSW) is conducting market research to determine industry capability and interest in performing food services support for training held at Camp Michael Monsoor, LaPosta, California and Camp Morena, Campo, California. Information received from this sources sought notification will be used to ascertain potential market capability and determine the acquisition strategy (ex. Full and open/small business set-aside, etc.). The Government has provided an outline of the anticipated requirement as an attachment to this sources sought document (see Performance Work Statement, Attachment 1). What/Where to Submit: Interested companies which have identified the potential capability to satisfy this requirement as identified in Attachment 1 shall provide the following information on company letterhead: Company Name Cage Code SAM Unique Entity ID Point of Contact Mailing address Telephone number E-mail address of Point of Contact The notice of interest should include a brief description of your company and its capabilities as it relates to the requirements set forth in Attachment 1 and answers to the following specific questions. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. Please limit your response to no more than 5 pages. Is your company a small or large business as defined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) under NAICS code 722320 (a small business $8M)? How many employees does your company have? Does your company have a website? If so, what is your company’s website address? Does your company have the ability to obtain access to military installations, both personnel and vehicles? Describe a sample menu in accordance with Attachment 1. How will your company handle last-minute changes? How will your company ensure purchase of the required AbilityOne products, https://www.abilityone.gov/procurement_list/index.html in accordance with Attachment 1? Does your company have a satisfactory performance record for the type of work required? Please provide examples of relevant and recent (within three years) past performance. Please describe your company’s historical experience completing work on similar scope as outlined in Attachment 1. Briefly describe how your company would be capable of meeting these requirements as of contract award. Does your company plan to submit a quote in response to the anticipated solicitation for the FY22 Food Services for NSW Camp Training Support? When to Submit: Responses are requested no later than 1400 EDT on 14 June 2022. Notice Regarding Sources Sought: Information provided shall be treated as Business Sensitive or Confidential to the responder, exempt from public release under the Freedom of Information Act. NSW may request further information regarding the capabilities of respondents to meet the requirements set forth in the announcement. This sources sought announcement is not a request for proposal. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is to identify sources and gather information from the marketplace. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred; and it shall not be construed as any commitment by the Government to execute this requirement. Information provided in response to this sources sought announcement will not be considered an offer by the responding contractor and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No telephone inquiries will be accepted and requests for solicitation packages will not be granted, as a solicitation has not been prepared at this time. The Government’s intent is to release a Request for Quote (RFQ), which may be posted on the SAM.GOV website after finalization of the acquisition strategy. The Government’s intent is to award a 5-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type of contract issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) delivery orders.
