The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Orders for Performance Designs parachutes systems. This brand name acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures on an unrestricted basis. The Brand Name Limited Source Justification (LSJ) will be posted under this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 314999, and the size standard is 500 employees.
