The Naval Special Warfare Command intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order to Zodiac of North America, Inc., 540 Thompson Creek Rd, Stevensville, Maryland, 21666-2508 (CAGE 60042), for the purchase of Zodiac FC470 watercraft. The items will be acquired in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This sole source acquisition is being conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i)- Soliciting from a single Source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 336612 - Boat Building. The size standard is 1,000 employees.
