***Update as of 31 May 2019*** RFP release date has shifted tentatively to mid-June. The RFP is anticipated to incorporate revisions to include two (2) distinct initial task order requirements, awardable upon award of the basic IDIQ contract(s). Draft task order Performance Work Statements are attached. Further updates may be posted as this timeframe approaches to keep industry appraised. Thank you for your interest in doing business with NSWC. ***break*** Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) anticipates recurring requirements across the claimancy for contracted services to support various Government-owned vehicles, equipment and watercraft. The anticipated contract requirements include repair, maintenance, upgrade, and/or operation of Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE), Material Handling Equipment (MHE), Surface Support Craft (SSC) and Ground Support Equipment (GSE). The Government's intent is award multiple Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contracts that permit issuance of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task orders. The Government intends to issue the Request for Proposal (RFP) as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 811111. Interested offerors are invited to review and comment on the following draft RFP documents: 1) Draft Performance Work Statement for the IDIQ 2) Draft Performance Work Statement for Sample Task Order 0001 3) Draft Task Order 0001 Equipment List 4) Draft FAR 52.212-2 and FAR 52.212-2 Addenda 5) Draft Total Evaluated Price Worksheet Please direct any comments to the contracting officer in writing at amanda.blackwood@socom.mil by 15 April 2019.
