The objective of this requirement is to provide an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for inspection, service, testing, and certification of Survitec Phantom Aerolite 10 life rafts by trained and certified technicians for safe and continued use within NSWG-4. Life rafts will also require SOLAS A kits that will be supplied to each life raft upon first inspection, with subsequent inspection and re-supply as necessary.
