Effort would require contractor to return RSLs to proper functionality through returning to plain metal, coat to suitable level in epoxy primer, exterior painted white, and repair a door through welding of door hinges (anticipating the door would be cut off hinges due to corrosion and then repaired). RSL Dimensions: 7’X7’X11.5’ and 7’X7’X5.5’ Contractor must be located in San Diego County, California.
