Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for the acquisition of supplies and services for the overhaul, sustainment and maintenance of a Hydrosite Wash Rack system. This will be fulfilled with the establishment of a Five Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract issuing Firm Fixed Priced Task Orders with an overall maximum value of $150,000.00. The sole source acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one source available. The sole source justification will be posted under this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 333999, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The Government intends to award the contract to Hydro Engineering, Inc. This synopsis shall not be construed as an RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
