Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command has a requirement for Performance Designs (BRAND NAME) high-profile training and demonstration parachute canopies. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order type contract inclusive of delivery for the specified parachute systems. This brand name acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures on an unrestricted basis. The Brand Name Limited Source Justification (BNJ) will be posted with the solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 314999, and the size standard is 500 employees. A complete Request for Quote package will be available for downloading at the SAM.Gov website. Offerors must be registered and Active in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Information on SAM may be obtained at http://www.sam.gov.
