This brand name acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Brand Name Limited Source Justification (BNJ) will be posted with the solicitation.
