The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders. The estimated minimum contract value is $5,000.00 and the estimated maximum contract value is $249,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 238220. Potential Contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendements to the solicitation will ONLY be availabe for download on SAM.GOV.
