AMENDMENT 1: The purpose of Amendment 1 of the solicitation is to: 1) Add CLIN 0004 to the RFQ H92240-22-T-0014, 2) Update Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement, 3) Include Attchment 4 - Cage Picture in BLDG 123, Attachment 5 - Pictures of Electrical in BLDG 127, and Attachment 6 - BLDG Distance, and 4) Extend the quotation due date to 14 April 2022 at 10:00AM EDT. Contractor Questions and Government Responses have been posted under Document Labeled, Questions and Government Responses. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Naval Special Warfare Command requires the purchase and installation of new cage lockers in accordance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement. Contractor shall install new cages and move and reconfigure used cages to another building. The Government intends on awarding a firm-fixed contract in response to the solicitation. Th... Synopsis: Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) requires the purchase and install of cage lockers and relocation of current cage lockers. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition will utilize a 100% small business set-aside. This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
