Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for the acquisition of supplies and services to purchase, support and maintain the ATA Target Systems and associated accessories and replacement items. This will be fulfilled with the establishment of a Five Year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) type contract issuing Firm Fixed Priced Call Orders with an overall maximum value of $6,400,000. The sole source acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6(a)(1)(i) only one source available. The Limited Source Justification (LSJ) will be posted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6(a)(2). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 339999, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The Government intends to award the contract to ATA Defense Industries. This synopsis shall not be construed as an RFQ or an obligation on the part of the Government.
