Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) requires delivery of multiple, individual, commercial item components to support various training activities. In general, the gear required supports outdoor activities, to include camping and providing human needs including but not limited to shelter, warmth, and safety in a wide variety of climates. Terms and conditions, including information relating to selection and award are contained within the soliciation documents and attached addenda. Parties interested in submitting a quote are highly encouraged to review all solicitation and addenda in their entirety. Due dates for questions and quotes may be revised via amendment to the solicitation. If an amendment is issued, amendment(s) will be posted on SAM.GOV. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the SAM.GOV. Due date for questions is stated in the solicitation. Questions shall be submitted in writing, please consolidate multiple questions, do not submit individual questions. Amendment 01 issued 07 March 2022: Removes Addenda 02C from solicitation, revises aw ard selection information under FAR 52.212-1, provides responses to questions received, and adds specific DFARS clauses. Upon quote submission, offeror shall acknow ledge this amendment in writing or by endorsing the amendment document. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Two documents added. Amendment 02 issued 15 March 2022: Extends due date to 23 March 2022 at 500PM Pacific Time.
