This Request for Information (RFI) is being published for purposes of market research (FAR Part 10) to determine the level of industry interest and identify potential sources capable of providing various HEPA Filters and Filter Bags. Formal proposals from industry are not being requested or accepted at this time. Information received from this RFI notification will be used to ascertain potential market capability and determine the acquisition strategy (ex. full and open/small business set-aside, etc.). The Government’s intent is to release a Request for Quote (RFQ), which will be posted on the beta.sam.gov website after finalization of the acquisition strategy. The Government’s intent is to award a five (5) year contract issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Orders. The estimated Not to Exceed value of the contract will be $250K. Note that the aforementioned is subject to change upon final RFQ release.
