The Government intends to award a purchase order type contract consisting of a base and two (2) options with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Line Items. The pricing will be per unit and inclusive of delivery. This brand name acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, utilizing other than Full & Open Competition.
