Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command has a requirement for an Instructor Mindfulness Course of Instruction (COI) that seeks to provide participants the ability to approach ethical decision-making with intentionality in high stress environments as well as the positive impact of mindfulness on overall health and accomplishment. The Government intends to award a purchase order type contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Line Items. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, utilizing full and open competition. The solicitation will be posted under this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 611430, and the small business size standard is $11M. This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
