The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Orders. The estimated minimum contract value is $10,000 and the estimated maximum contract value is $700,000.00 The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.
