Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement to develop and enhance the tactics and techniques of Special Warfare Combatant Craft Crewman (SWCC). This requirement will be fulfilled through providing a 24-hour course of instruction in both the classroom and waterborne environments. The Government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract consisting of a five (5) one-year ordering periods on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis with a maximum value of $249,000. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13. This acquisition will utilize a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611699, All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction. The small business size standard is $12M.
