This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written formal solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation H92240-21-Q-2067 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). It is the Government’s intent to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract for the supplies defined in this RFQ as Medical Exam Room Appliances and Equipment. This Notice is a Request for Competitive Quotations which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07 Effective: 9/10/21, DFARS Change 8/30/ and SOFAR Change Notice SCN201811.
