Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for replacement of the Patrol Boats - Light (PBLs) keel guards and replacement of the navigation systems. This sole source acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition. The Limited Source Justification (LSJ) will be posted under this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 336611, and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. The Government intends to award single contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Line Items to United States Marine, Inc. (USMI) (CAGE 0NNZ7). This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
