Chase Supply is the sole distributer for Bare Sports good for Military specific use. This sole source acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition. The Limited Source Justification (LSJ) will be posted under this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 315990, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The Government intends to award single contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Line Items to Chase Supply (CAGE 1RZM1). This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
