The Government intends to award a purchase order type contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Line Items. This brand name acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, utilizing a 100% small business set-aside. The Brand Name Limited Source Justification (LSJ) will be posted under this synopsis.
