The Government intends to award a purchase order type contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Line Items. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as a Small Business Set Aside. The solicitation will be posted under this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 333318, and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government Amendment 01 - Updates Attachment 1 and edits FAR 52.212-1 to allow for the coordination of site visits.
