The system requires periodic updates and maintenance. The manufacturer’s warranty and support deal made during the initial purchase has expired and ATCDFS requires a contract to provide ongoing system updates and maintenance. The Government intends to establish a contract for semi-annual maintenance and helpdesk support on the Vampire ITS simulator training system. Action is sole-source to Aegis Technologies Inc., of Huntsville, Alabama in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This is a combined solicitation synopsis.
