Diver Propulsion Devices (DPDs). This sole source acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial items at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a). The Justification and Approval will be posted under this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 811219, and the small business size standard is $22M. The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders to STIDD Systems Inc. (CAGE 0W5E3). The estimated minimum contract value is $50,000 and the estimated maximum contract value is $700,000.00 This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.

Diver Propulsion Devices (DPDs). The Government intends to utilize the procedures at FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Information received from this sources sought notification will be used to confirm the acquisition strategy is appropriate. The Government’s intent is to award a 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type of contract issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task orders to STIDD Systems Inc., CAGE: 0W5E3. This sources sought does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred; and it shall not be construed as any commitment by the Government to execute this requirement.
