AMENDMENT 1: The Product Service Code (PSC) was changed from 2310, Passenger Motor Vehicles to 2330, Trailers to align with the NAICS (336999) and PSC (2330) listed on the Class Waiver list in order to waive the non-manufacturer rule. See attachment titled, "H92240-20-T-0019 RFQ AMD 1". This is a solicitation for the below requirement. This solicitation was originally posted on 29 April 2020 but beta.sam.gov technical difficulties occured, causing the solicitation to be removed. The Contractor shall provide all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) to include delivery to required destinations. Each ATV shall meet or exceed the required minimum specifications. Contractor shall disclose the make, model, and year of the ATV that is being quoted each year. Contract will establish a 5 year indefinite delivery, indefinite quality (IDIQ) contract through issuance of Delivery Orders.

SYNOPSIS The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Naval Special Warfare (NSW) has a requirement for All-Terrain Vehicles. If a contractor has the capability to provide all required equipment and is the lowest price technically acceptable, the solicitation will establish a single award, five year, firm-fixed priced, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a not to exceed value of $2 million. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 336999, All Other Transportation Equipment Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
