This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the policies and procedures using FAR subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written formal solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation H92240-20-Q-2073 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). It is the Government’s intent to award a Firm Fixed-Price contract for the supplies defined in this RFQ on a Brand Name Only basis. This Notice is a Request for Competitive Quotations which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
