Changes to the PWS (Attachment 1) and ELIN price list (Attachment 2) are a result of the Q&A. Offerors are encouraged to review the updated Amend 0001 documents. All quotes must utilize Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) Amend 0001 and Attachment 2 - Exhibit Line Item Number (ELIN) Price List Amend 0001. This Combined Synopsis Solicitation (H92240-20-Q-2005) has also been changed to extend the due date for the solicitation. Combined Synopsis Solicitation H92240-20-Q-2005 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is H92240-20-Q-2005 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) using FAR part 13 procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. This requirement shall be pursued using full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 611519 Other Technical and Trade Schools, with a small business size standard of $16,500,000. Solicitation is for Maritime Credentialing courses of instruction (COI) and International Yacht Training (IYT) accredited classes. The Government’s requirements are described in the provided Performance Work Statement (PWS) document (Attachment 1). Offerros shall review all terms and conditions contained within the Solicitation document (H94420-20-Q-2005). Quote submission instructions are located under the provision at FAR 52.212.1. Failure to comply with quote submission instructions may result in your quote not being considered for award. The Government may amend by extending the due date for the quotes via amendment to the solicitation. If an amendment is issued, notice will be posted on FBO.
