This announcemnt constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis/Request for Information. The purpose of this requirement is to provide personnel, management, equipment and facilities necessary to provide realistic, pratical and advanced ground mobility training on vaious type 2 and 4 wheel vehicles. Services will include trailside, off road maintenance and repairs, and off-road and on road vehicle control and naviatation. Training site must be on private land or off road locations administered by the Bureau of Land Management with proper permits. Vendor shall be able to facilitate modules at a purpose built facility that provides multiple track configurations, skid pads, autocross course, and circle/oval.
