Therefore the LSJ is rescinded. The solicitation will be posted on GSA E-Buy under H92240-20-T-0003. --------------------------------------- Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement to renew the delivery platform, storage, and on-going technical support for an on-line Learning Management System (LMS) which currently houses Language Regional Expertise and Culture (LREC) curriculum for NSWC. This sole source acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial items at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a). The Justification and Approval will be posted under this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 511210, and the small business size standard is $41,500,000. The Government intends to award this contract to D2L Corporation (CAGE L1769). This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFQ or an obligation on the part of the Government.
