The Government's requirements are currently defined under the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement. This notice is issued for informational purposes only. Capabilities or other submissions need not be submitted at this time. Offerors will be provided with instruction and directed to submit quotes once a formal solicitation is issued. At this time the Government intends to issue a solicitation under the same number associated with this pre-solicitation notice (H92240-19-T-0071). The Government intends to issue a solicitation on or about 12 September 2019. If a solicitation is issued, the Governments' final (non-draft) version of requirements will be included in the solicitation NOTE: The responsibility for monitoring the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (fbo.gov) for updates is the responsibility of the interested party.
