Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for the establishment of a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract issuing Firm Fixed priced Delivery Orders to renew license agreements to allow continued access to the SPEAR Database, which is critical to successful operation of the Human Performance Program (HPP). This sole source acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial items at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a). The Justification and Approval will be posted under this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 511210, and the small business size standard is $41,500,000. The Government intends to award this contract to TITUS Sports Academy, LLC (TITUS) (CAGE 53YT0) This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
