The Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command, Contracting Department, San Diego, CA. 92155 intends to award a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Firm Fixed Price contract for a Brand Name or Equal Caterpillar HM315C HF XPS Mulcher. In order for a quote to be considered, the proposed mulcher shall be compatible with a Case TR340 Skid Steer and meet or exceed the following specifications: Working Width: 62.0in Overall Width: 74.0in Drive Method: Polychain Belt Drum Speed: 2100-2400 RPM Fixed Teeth per Drum: 34 Length: 53in Max Cutting Diameter: 8.0in Motor: Dual Speed Axia Piston Optimal Hydraulic Flow: 120-125 L/min 31-33 gpm Optimal Hydraulic pressure: 200-280 bar 2900-4061psi Overall height: 58in The Brand Name or Equal Caterpillar Mulcher will be acquired in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333111, Farm Machinery and Equipment Manufacturer. The size standard is 1,250. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above sites; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the offeror is self-certifying that neither the requestor or the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contrast from any federal agency.
