Notice of intent to issue a sole source contract award to Skydive Elsinore, Inc of Lake Elsinore, CA (CAGE: 1ERZ3) The Government intends to issue a sole source, five-year, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for Airlift Support Services (Blade Hours & Jump Tickets) in support of the Navy Parachute Team (NPT). The services will be required under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5. The estimated contract value is $2,000,000.00. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award with an anticipated award date on or around 1 September 2019. Skydive Elsinore, Inc is the only known DoD Approved Commercial Carrier with access to a stadium, Elsinore Storm Stadium, which supports the NPT training requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 481219 with a size standard of $15M. Interested parties may submit responses to the solicitation and will be considered by the Government.
