Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for six (6) each AAR Mobility Systems Expandable ISU (EISU) 90 containers. This sole source acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial items at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a). The Justification and Approval will be posted under this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 333249, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The Government intends to award a purchase order type contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) line items to AAR Mobility Systems (CAGE 80298). This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
