The Government intends to issue a solicitation for a four month contract for the procurement of Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Escape and Personnel Recovery Training and Training Support (Services). Any resulting contract maybe extended under the option clause at FAR 52.217-8 for an additional six months. Solicitation will be issued on a sole-source basis to Prevailance, Inc., of Virginia Beach, Virginia under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. If the Government issues a solicitation, instructions will be provided within the solicitation documents relating to description of the Government's final requirements and submission requirements. This notice does not commit the Government to issuing a solicitation or award for described services. If a solicitation is issued, the Government will do so via the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (www.fbo.gov) under H92240-19-R-0012. Interested parties, not the Government, are responsible for monitoring the FBO website for updates. Interested parties may submit capability statements which shall be considered by the Government. Any parties interested in submitting capability information must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov).
