Solicitation H92240-19-R-0011 is issued for a two year, firm-fixed priced, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract for the procurement of Vehicles, Equipment, and Watercraft Support Services (VEWSS). Navy Special Warfare Command (NSWC) owns and operates a fleet of vehicles, equipment and support craft which regularly require scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs, primarily on board Government owned facilities. NSWC fleet includes commercial vehicles such as automotive, heavy truck and construction equipment; rough terrain, telescoping, and warehouse type forklifts; a number of different boats, with both inboard and out board motors, jet, and propeller drives, navigation systems, and trailers used for craft transport, launch, and recovery; and large riding lawn mowers, powered tools, and portable systems, power take-off (PTO), or Hydraulic attachments and smaller equipment such as pressure washers, wood chippers, and brush hogs. Support is required at various locations, to include but not limited to: Virginia Beach, VA; San Diego, CA; Stennis Space Center, MS; Naval Base Guam; Pearl City, HI; Fort Chaffee (Fort Smith AK); Fallon, NV;Stuttgart. The Government intends to issue a solicitation for a two year, firm-fixed priced, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract for the procurement of Vehicles, Equipment, and Watercraft Support Services (VEWSS). The Governments' requirements will be expressed via issuance of a commercial solicitation issued via the Federal Business Opportunities website (https:///ww.fbo.gov). Interested parties are encouraged to monitor the FBO website for solicitation posting. The responsiblity for monitoring the website falls upon interested parties and the Government is not required to send special notices to specific parties outside of FBO. The Government anticipates soliciation issuance on/about 27 June 2019.
