Notice of intent to issue a sole source contract award to Arne Freefall Solutions, LLC of Suffolk, VA (CAGE: 6MRQ1). The Government intends to issue a sole source five-year, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract for Military Freefall (MFF) Airlift Services for the conduct of MFF operations and training under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5. The estimated contract value is $6,000,000. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award with an anticipated award date on or around 1 May 2019. Arne Freefall Solutions is the only known Commercial Airlift Review Board (CARB) certified contractor capable of providing MFF training services within 50 miles of the local Virginia Beach area. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 481219, and Small Business Administration size standard for this sector is $15M.
