Attached to this posting are documents associated with the Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP), H92240-19-R-0004, for Integrated Electronic Security System (IESS) Support. The Government invites contractor feedback regarding the feasibility of this approach. This request for information does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued. Further, this notice shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal or as any other obligation on the part of the Government. No entitlement to payment shall arise as a result of the submission of contractor information. There is no other program specific information related to total dollars or timeline for formal RFP release at this time. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621 - Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), with a Small Business Size Standard of $20.5M. In order to gain access to the documents attached to this posting, contractors must request Explicit Access through Federal Business Opportunities (https://www.fbo.gov) and be registered in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov) under the following NAICS: 561621. Written comments and recommendations related to the DRFP are welcomed and encouraged. Contractors shall use the format outlined in the "Draft RFP Question and Answer" document to submit questions in writing to the Contracting Officer, Ms. Traci Chiaro at traci.chiaro@socom.mil. Oral requests for information will not be entertained. All requests must be in writing for documentation purposes. Individual responses to inquiries will not be provided.
