Naval Special Warfare (NSW) intends to award a firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for the lease of Bareboat Charters to include ocean going sailboats and yachts. Quotes are due no later than 31 January 2019 at 0900 am Pacific Standard Time. Amendment 1- Due date changed from 21 January 2019 to 22 January 2019. Amendment 2- 1) Due date changed from 22 January 2019 to 29 January 2019. 2) Questions due date changed from 14 January 2019 to 23 January 2019. 3) Contractor requirement changed from Shall provide both vessels to shall provide one or both vessels. (Contractor can now provide one of the two described vessels). These changes are described in the RFQ, Attachment 1-PWS (Basic Contract), and Attachment 2-PWS (Task Order 0001). Amendment 3- 1) Removed the requirement to have a 2008 or newer model 2) Updated the RFQ and PWS to clearly indicate that the Government may award multiple contracts, one for the sailboat and one for the yacht. Offerors are not required to submit a quote for both vessels and may quote only one vessel. Amendment 4- 1) Due date changed from 29 January 2019 to 31 January 2019 (Updated in RFQ) 2) PWS updated with tracked changes 3) Attachment 5- Technical Matrix updated with tracked changes Amendment 5- 1) Updated Attachment for RFQ to remove the language referencing "Required Facility Clearance Level (FCL)". 2) Updated Attachment 3- ELIN Table (Basic Contract) and Attachment 4- ELIN Table (Task Order 0001) to add Vessel familiarization line items, changed description from 4 days to per day in description column, and removed quantity column. Please quote per day. The PoP in Attachment 4-ELIN Table (Task Order 0001) in August was updated. No other changes to any other terms or conditions. Please refer to all attachments when submitting quotes.
