The Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command, Contracting Department, San Diego, CA. 92155 intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced Purchase Order for the portable chemical toilet placement and servicing at Coronado, CA. The requirement will be solicited orally on a full and open competition basis and will involve a two-month period of performance. All interested parties are encouraged to review the attached Performance Work Statement. Current contractor performing services was recently debarred and the Government must have services commencing on 25 March 2019. As a result the timeframe for responses has been shortened for health and safety reasons. The Government intends to issue an additional solicitation for a longer term contract to commence once the intended period of performance for this action expires. Any response to this notice shall be submitted no later than 21 March 2019 at 0900 Pacific Time. Responses received after the due date will be disregarded.
