Amendment 0002 revises period of performance of contract line item number (CLIN)0001, adds CLIN 1001 and revises due date for quote to 24 January 2019 at 1200 Pacific Time. Offerors that have previously submitted a quote need only submit portions of their quote that is revised due to this revision. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The Government's requirements are currently defined under the attached draft Performance Work Statement and Solicitation. This notice is issued for informational purposes only. Capabilities or other submissions need not be submitted at this time. Offerors will be provided with instruction and directed to submit quotes once a formal solicitation is issued. At this time the Government intends to issue a solicitation under the same number associated with this pre-solicitation notice (H92240-19-Q-0004). The Government intends to issue a solicitation on or about 11 January 2019. If a solicitation is issued, the Governments' final (non-draft) version of requirements will be included in the solicitation NOTE: The responsibility for monitoring the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (fbo.gov) for updates is the responsibility of the interested party. The Government may not provide supplemental notice of posting of additional information, inclusive of solicitation issuance and amendments, outside postings on the FBO website.
