Market Survey/Request for Information (RFI) is issued for the purpose of determining industry capabilities to meet a potential requirement for repair of multiple types of commercial vessels in the Stennis Space Center area of Mississippi. The Government intends to establish firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract(s) to support vessel repair requirements. The anticipated maximum period of performance of any issued IDIQ solicitation/contract shall be five (5) years; 5 years, six (6) months if any resulting contract(s) are extended under FAR 52.217-8. All firms having the capability to provide repair services, as described in this RFI, are encouraged to respond. Interested parties are highly encouraged to review all documents and attachments associated with this notice. Only written questions received by the stated due date for questions listed in the RFI will receive a response. Questions received after the due date for questions may not receive a response. AMENDMENT 01 to RFI, issued 13 June 2019, revises Attachment 01, Attachment 02 and the NSW Work Packages Pricing Sheet. Revision involves adding of a 66' Tiburon type vessel. No additional changes have been made. Revised documents are provided and attached to this notice. AMENDMENT 02 to RFI, issued 20 June 2019, provides responses to questions recieved. No additional changes have been made.
